Natural disaster or over produced disaster?
I had high hopes for this interesting podcast subject matter. They were dashed immediately. This podcast is over produced. The hosts are not conversational at all—they read from scripts written for the lowest common denominator. Music sound track that’s unrelenting and annoying sound effects abound. Omg... awful. Would be better with natural conversation between the hosts—who come off as bored voice actors that read a script as opposed to subject matter experts going through the details. This is an over produced disaster.

I believe is more of a Tragic Event. You said it at the beginning of Part One, the climate up there is always unpredictable. So you should know what to expect when CLIMBING UP. They on their own, walked to the “Storm” and not the other way around.

I have a great appreciation for the educational aspect of this show. The delivery seems to leave me wanting though, I’m not a fan of the two hosts back-and-forth script sharing.

Their cadence and tempo sounds like they’re reading about natural disasters to young children, like a fairy tale. Frustratingly slow and painful.
