Wow!
This is an INVALUABLE podcast for those who are looking to optimize their health! As a dietitian myself, I am constantly learning from Ali. This is not information that dietitians learn in school; there are not many, if any, other dietitians who offer the same knowledge and approach as Ali. I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to this podcast while taking a long walk. Thankfully the notes app exists, so each time I want to remember something, I pause, do you some plank, squats, or chair pose, and record the key components! Not only has his podcast grown my knowledgebase to further address patients needs, it has helped me to enhance my own health, and for that I am very grateful! I highly encourage you to take advantage of this FREE resource!
