A positive force
Narc relationships are so manipulative, so mind bending within them, it can be difficult to see what’s going on. This format is great. Reflecting through a bravely told story interspersed with Dr. Ramani’s ability to draw the audiences attention to the important patterns to be aware of. This could save a lot of people a lot of pain.

I love this episode because it highlights the damage done by enablers.
