For any new to Tarot,  the Wheel of Fortune is the tenth card and comes after the Hermit in the Major Archana. The Wheel of Fortune is constantly moving, so we call it a wheel. Like life, our journey here on earth is never linear; it works in cycles. Sometimes we are at the bottom of a cycle where we learn and grow, which can be challenging. Then sometimes, we move to the top where we can rest, relax, and enjoy our previous hard work to get to a better place.
