In this episode, I talk with Roosevelt Pratt on his success with student leadership and beginning bands at the high school level. Mr. Pratt is a Fayetteville, NC native and is the band director at E. E. Smith High School in Fayetteville. He is continuing a long standing tradition of student leadership at E. E. Smith, and has worked to make it his own. We also talk about he is successful with a beginning band at the high school level.
