3am wake up
I am so so so obsessed with this podcast that I binged all available episodes in one day. I’m actually kind of depressed that I’ll have to wait for each new episode. It’s brilliant. However….after listening to the episode about waking up at 3am, naturally I woke up at 3am that night. Took Reverend Peggy’s advice and welcomed in good spirits and protection and fell asleep pretty quickly after. And then proceeded to have nightmares the rest of the evening lol. But whatever, I’m obsessed with these two women and their dynamic. I grew up catholic and since have always kind of rolled my eyes when talks about religion are heavily discussed. I don’t feel this way when listening to Peggy talk about it. She’s so loving and inclusive of all beliefs and I NEVER feel like she’s pushing it onto me. It’s actually made me reflect on my resentment towards religion and opened me up to finding my own version of spirituality that feels right to me. Thank you Nikki and Peggy for this gift of a podcast.!
