As autumn's crisp chill πππ¬ starts to set in, I find myself in a reflective state, thinking about the bittersweet closure of a season. Here's a promise - you'll feel the same important nostalgia while you experience life's highs and lows, the importance of self-care, and the skill set of finding balance amidst it all, no matter where your own journey takes you.
It's never goodbye, only 'See ya soon!' Packing up our favorite forever home on the River π always leaves my heart a little achy. However, there's a sense of adventure in the air, as Woody & I anticipate the exploration of more of Puerto Rico π΅π·π , and the arrival of family and friends. β€οΈ
For those of you who, like me, find warmth in shared experiences and human stories, I humbly extend an invitation πto this enlightening journey of navigating through life's hurdles and struggles, and the resilience it takes to live through them. Send me an email sharing your own personal story. You are not alone.
[email protected]Β I'll soon be taking a break from November to February, but stay tuned as I'll be reposting π a few of my favorite episodes from this season! If YOU have a favorite episode from Season 2, share which one in an email π»

As I prepare to bid 'See ya soon'Β π to this season, let's not part with a sense of loss, but be encouraged by the hopeful anticipation of what lies ahead. β€οΈ
