Great Interview With John
I think some top tips were delivered in this interview, and the delivery was very clean and fluent. We obviously all take for granted the little intricacies that go into every day interaction and how that can obviously be applied to being successful at business and in our professional lives. The end goal is definitely one of the most important facets of negotiation, and making the journey as pleasurable as possible for everyone (From the producer of the service, to the consumer), makes the entire process a continuous value-added loop. Mr. Christian does a great job of explaining negotiation principles and teaching people how to incorporate them in everyday life. He also routinely brings interesting guests that bring unique perspectives to different topics.
