“Jane’s Pesto Recipe
3-4 cloves peeled garlic
1/2 cups nuts (we like walnuts - pine nuts if you’re fancy)
3/4 cups shredded parm cheese
Fresh pepper to taste
3 cups packed (no stems) basil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parsley
Throw in the food processor & go to town. Whatever’s not eaten right away could be frozen in ice cube trays (keep in mind that you’ll generally use one cube per person when pulling it out to use again).”
