It was a routine operation. She didn’t think she’d have to stay overnight. With strange sounds on the ward. And something hiding behind the curtain. This was meant to be one of the Shorts series, but this hospital-based horror story has ended up being a much longer supernatural tale than I originally planned. So I’ve added it as regular-length episode. Unlike most of my cases, this story just takes place over one night.
