Meh...
I think this is somewhat helpful but not extremely. It is basically them getting opinions and people who specialize in the opinion to come on and tell you why you should do that thing but none of it is actually evidence based. It’s all anecdotal. So, if you want to listen to reviews of different methods, this could be helpful. If you want real guidance, it’s not the podcast for that.
