“LBC took one of their hidden gems and buried it by cancelling this podcast (only this show mind you, their other shows are available) The show is still available live (…at midnight), or provided that (a) you use their own very limited app to listen to it or (b) that you register on the website with your personal details and listen to it from there.
This means that you can only listen to the show under specific conditions, you can’t listen to it e.g. on your watch, apply accessibility settings, use a player that’s battery efficient, or in general use your preferred player on your preferred device, which is the whole point of podcasts.
Nick is fond of saying how fascists made people use a party-produced radio-like devices that could only play the official party station, and he ended up in an oddly similar situation himself.
Please stop this nonsense. We love Nick and we’ll be waiting for him to come back. Shame on LBC management for pulling these shenanigans.”
