“I recently discovered this podcast as I was going through a period of high anxiety and my mind was racing. It took me a couple of episodes to get used to Jefferies voice but that is completely normal for me when I listen to any new podcast.
TheStories have just the right balance between keeping your brain occupied to keep the bad thoughts out and sending you off to sleep.
I often replay the same episode several times during the night when I wake up and it never fails to get me back to sleep. I have a couple of episodes which I just play repeatedly and I never get bored of them!!!
My only complaint would be it takes me quite a few nights to get to the end of the story as I tend to fall asleep quickly!!
