“Got my shot in the arm again listening to Matt and Garrett share their experiences and knowledge. I love the idea of brokerages rewarding the agents with a paid trip instead of an award! I’d much rather earn a vacation that a piece of paper. We don’t even get a plaque 😏. Now I’m going to be pushing this idea about rewarding us with a trip. At least one from each office! Great idea. We do celebrate what we can the Miss Emmie award of Excellence which recognizes the agent who most exemplifies loyalty, professionalism, ethical conduct, team spirit, and involvement in the residential real estate industry. And although the title is “Miss” Emmie (in honor of our founder Emmie Norman) we have had several men earn this award. Thanks always sharing great ideas and content for us to put into use! My favorite way to start my week... still waiting for my daily dose (not just twice a week!) hint hint 😉”
