“I really want to like this podcast but it is exhausting to listen to.
Bill does 3-4 30 min podcasts per week. A vast number of those minutes are consumed by promoting his other numerous podcasts, Twitter, patreon, discord and ads like anchor.
When he does get to actual content it is great, but to wade through the slog of self promotion and revenue is just a little much.
I understand the model. If he has 500 listeners and it’s a once a week show the revenue and exposure is not what it is if those 500 listen multiple times per week.
I think a well thought out weekly show would be amazing from him. I wish him well and think it could be great but it has just worn me down where I don’t like to listen anymore.”
