The moment we become aware of our breath, it starts to register in the prefrontal cortex of the brain; the region responsible for human evolution. It also slows down the breath rate and calms the mind. Learn to breath better and maintain continuous awareness of your breath through the guided audio. Combining the three types of breathing; abdominal, thoracic and clavicular breathing leads the way to Yogic breathing. (P.S. The left lung has two lobes while the right one has three. To avoid confusion, I haven't explained that in the audio.)
