The irony
The irony of having to listen through 2 different commercials about fertility treatment during the “What life is like after deciding not to have kids” episode with Farrah. Loved Farrah and read her columns regularly. Unfortunately Mia misses the mark with her line of narrow minded commentary about her own pre-conceived thoughts on the subject. Women who cannot or who decide not to have children are not the freak show / anomaly that we’re made out to be in this episode. Get out of your own bubble and you’ll find it’s actually a lot more common than you realise. It’s just that your media company assumes all women want or have kids / families and create content based on that old fashioned and privileged assumption. Expected better from a channel created by women for women.
