Entertaining and some great stories
This is a great podcast, the stories from Robb and his guests are awesome, nothing is left out and they give you a really good insight into what really happens being in a band. You can tell Robb gets along well with all of the guests and they’re happy to talk about anything and everything. It’s a refreshing change from the carefully cultivated (and boring) interviews from most sources. This is like hearing a couple of touring band guys talking over a beer in a bar and catching up, reliving old stories and just talking about whatever comes up. Awesome.

More reviews of No F'n Regrets with Robb Flynn
Nice for Robb to have a chance to tell his stories and chop it up with friends and others. At the end of the day, Robb’s a fan of music just like the rest of us...the man knows the music, the business, and everything in between. Looking forward to future episodes.

The Gary Holt interview was my very first EVER podcast I ever listened to! I’ve been following Rob Flynn’s ‘Diary of a Madman’ for years now and decided to give this a go. Metal!!!!
