This is all I want to talk about
I was so lucky when I had my son - I had a good job, a bit of leave, a supportive partner - and it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever been through. The lack of choice, pumping during meetings, the terrible sleep, the meltdowns (his and mine!), the strong desire to do a good job at work, the worry about MONEY. This podcast is an incredible look at the ways we’re set up to fail as working parents and offers real policy solutions to make life more manageable. It’s a must listen and so motivating.
