Scarlett talks about how she struggled to fight her physical and mental health problems as a teenager after an operation on her back left her in chronic pain. She also tells us all about her new book It's Not Ok to Feel Blue, and Other Lies which is a collection of over 70 essays, poems and inspirational mental health stories.
