I discovered Team of Teams in mid-2020 at the suggestion of a colleague who once served under Gen. McChrystal, and immediately felt like the book was describing many of the struggles my professional life faced during the pandemic and social unrest of this year. That led me to seek out more from McChrystal and Fussell, including this podcast. I’ve enjoyed it and the different private sector perspectives vs the military references that you may be used to from their other collaboration.
