“I’ve never rated or written a review for a podcast before, but felt very compelled to for this one. This is one of the best new running podcasts…and I’ve listened to a lot of them! I’ve been binge listening to them on my runs as I prep for my first Boston! It feels like I’m with my running gal pals. I love these ladies so much. They are very real and endearing. I appreciate how down to earth they are and very genuine they sound. It’s also nice getting a perspective from pro females. So rare. As a 39 year old hobby competitive runner, I’ve looked up to these ladies running all my life….pretty sure I raced them in footlocker back in the day too! Haha. Keep the podcasts coming Des and Kara!! They’re so good!”
