I am a first time ED of an education foundation for a very small school system in a very small town. I am a part time staff of 1. My budget for education is exactly zero dollars, so I started looking for a podcast to tell me all the things. I tried several that I found and they didn’t have anything substantial to teach me. I found you and it was like a one two punch in the face of all my questions (and I have a lot of questions). Honestly, every time an episode started I couldn’t wait to hear what you would teach me that day. You have been a constant companion for me this year. Thank you for offering your knowledge to us for free. Can’t believe teachings this great are free but I’m so glad they are.
