Description
On December 16, 2006, Copenhagen's Nørrebro district erupted in one of the largest street battles in Denmark's modern history over Ungdomshuset, a cultural hub for the city’s youth. Sold to a Christian cult determined to evict its occupants, the building had been a sanctuary for alternative culture. The ensuing conflict pitted activists against police and the new owners, culminating in violent clashes. The battle not only exposed deep cultural rifts but also underscored the community's fierce determination to protect its identity against external forces. This episode was produced by Maya Tekeli and Lucas Francis Claver. Narrated by Anemone Rasmussen. Executive producer is Nils Bergman.  Nordic Crimes is a Tall Tale production.
