Like sitting with friends that “get” you!!
I came across this show during an intense (still ongoing) bout with anxiety. I searched anxiety to just hear some sort of comfort and it came up. I randomly chose a topic that I thought would resonate with what I was feeling at the time. It discussed anxiety “Setbacks”. I stopped my watery eyes (yes, I was having a vulnerable crying moment prior) and it was the BEST example of right place, right time. The episode felt real and honest. Both Kelli and Erica reminded me of true friends that speak of real moments, real confusion, and worry and still having to show up. The whole episode told me “ITS OK!!” It’s ok to cry, it’s ok to feel like a failure right now and little triumphs are still triumphs. Kelli and Erica, and all the special guests. you have NO idea how grateful I am for this show. I listened to a few more episodes and now I’m hooked. They have been there and are willing to be open to anything no matter how scary. They touch every topic thats raced through your mind and they understand the feeling of “sweaty” LOL! Every episode is worth listening! Thank you!

Kelli is the perfect host but Erica is definitely my fav. Both are quirky, genuine, honestly, and so relatable! Show has good mix of science and personal...Read full review »

It’s so hard to explain to family and friends that don’t understand anxiety and what it is exactly. I like...Read full review »

This podcast has been a godsend. Kelli presents the information in such a way that I can really understand and process it. She's been there, so she knows what you are going through. Every time I hear her mention a symptom that I've had, it reminds me that I'm not alone and through...Read full review »
