Ali: “Hello and welcome! Taimur, it’s been a while.”
Taimur: “Yeah, it’s been few weeks. We really need to organise a consistent time to record each week.”
Ali: “Just come by the studio every Wednesday before lunch.”
Taimur: “Let’s leave podcast scheduling for when we’re not recording.”
Then, many weeks pass before the next episode arrives, during which time Ali and Taimur fail to align their calendars.
In all seriousness, when Ali and Taimur do manage to record, their discussions make for entertaining, interesting, thought provoking listening. I prefer their more philosophical discussions on human nature than say their book discussions or interviews with other YouTubers. Their best episodes are definitely where they have guests who are equally enthusiastic about the topic, but bring a very different point of view — they should do more of these kinds of episodes!”
