“After hearing about this podcast on tiktok, I checked it out - I’ve never been much of a podcast person until now but WOW!
I love the content matter, and while some criticisms in reviews may touch on banter, personal opinions, language, and awkward laughter, I believe those are the parts of the podcast that bring about the fantastic balance of scary/surreal and lighthearted for me. I really enjoyed this, and actually listened to all of the episodes so far in the span of about 4 days. So excited to see what more you guys do! I’m 16 and it’s fun to see the balance of older gen Z - I’ve recommended this to some younger millennial teachers and I think they’ll also understand and like the pop culture references :) please keep releasing episodes, I would love some more crazy wilderness-survival ones! As I’ve been eagerly awaiting more episodes, I have listened to ‘Washed Away’ and ‘Coldest Cases’, some more true-crime based podcasts that I highly recommend :)”

“first episode made me feel kinda icky with all the light heartedness and literal laughter at some some parts of the story. also didn’t seem very well researched as a lot of the responses to questions were “i don’t know”. but the story was interesting so i’m going to give it another try 👍🏼”
