“Today was my last listen. Rosemarys’ mention of everyone at her old job taking a full lunch break and Beatrice saying ‘it must be nice’ was absolutely infuriating. Rosemary had no kids at the time of this job and no idea of the mental load. Working parents spend lunch 4 days out of 5 collecting groceries, dry cleaning, costumes for kids, presents for parties and that’s just a Monday! Beatrice worked/works in America where employee rights are zero. Yes, a lunch break is nice, hearing such a negative and unbelievably begrudging comment is the final straw for such a repetitive podcast.”
