This podcast changed my practice.
I found this podcast a few months after I became EMDR trained. I just knew that EMDR was a powerful tool and modality but I felt so anxious about using it. This podcast gave me the confidence and knowledge and support I needed to do the hard work of learning how to practice EMDR in a way that felt congruent with my values, my needs, and my clinical intuition. I am now EMDR certified and I credit this podcast with giving me the courage and confidence to pursue that. I’m now on my way to becoming a consultant! Thank you thank you thank you beyond healing for all of your amazing work. I recommend this podcast to anyone I think might even have the slightest bit of interest in it.

More reviews of Notice That
I’m an ND clinician with a special interest in emdr and trauma work. I LOVE the content in this podcast but with one of the hosts there is a great deal of hissing and whistling when they speak that activates my fight or flight. I have to find transcripts because truly the information is so good.

I am an EMDR therapist and I’m always looking for resources to share with others as well as to help me stay on top of my EMDR game. Notice That is just that! It doesn’t feel stuffy or boring and keeps me engaged the entire episode! Highly recommend if you are wanting to learn about EMDR!

I’m “newishly” trained in basic EMDR and my trainer recommended this podcast. So thankful she did! I listen everyday, even listening to some episodes 2-3 times. Invaluable resource!❤️
