Great podcast
This is a great podcast. Love the way they explore ego state work. Clearly they are all passionate, skilled, and experienced. My only two critiques: Wish Bridger didn’t have the compulsion to jump in and subtly correct the two women. Also wish Jen would stop saying “kind of” unnecessarily.

This podcast was exactly what I’ve needed to make more sense and feel more confident with my intuition around interweaves. It’s so true that the rigid protocol has made me second guess my intuition and I felt so much permission in this podcast. I am eager to get Dr Morrisey’s book!

I’m a newly trained EMDR therapist and I love this podcast. Once I was trained and applying the techniques in my practice, the podcast became invaluable as a resource. Also, Jen was my consultant so I might be biased! But seriously EMDR therapy is pretty awesome!

I can’t express how valuable I feel each episode has been for my practice. I take notes, rewind, and listen again. I’ve been practicing for almost 30 years but am fairly new to EMDR.
