Love the 2 parts of Polyvagal theory...
I have self-administered audio BLS for my low-end CPTSD symptoms, as well as read Dr. Laurel Parnell’s book on Attachment EMDR, and joined 2 FB groups of EMDR for support. I found your podcast from one of these FB groups. I am always trying to understand more about my issues and your information on Polyvagal sessions was the explanation I was looking for as to why I gravitate so much toward this one friend who makes me feel safe, who is very calm and caring, and who is very honest. His presence helps me regulate and so many times when I have been distressed his calmness showed me how to be calm in the situation. His presence entrains me out of my chaos and allows me to be safe. I loved your 2 part series with Bridget and hope you can discuss anything more about this.

This podcast was exactly what I’ve needed to make more sense and feel more confident with my intuition around interweaves. It’s so true that the rigid protocol has made me second guess my intuition and I felt so much permission in this podcast. I am eager to get Dr Morrisey’s book!

I began listening to this podcast in the several weeks leading up to my EMDR Basic training and continue to listen regularly now. It helped me get more out of the training and I continue to be a regular listener.
