I am getting trained in EMDR and recently completed part 1. I’m pretty anxious about moving forward with my clients, and feel a bit overwhelmed by all the recommended reading and prep that’s goes along with it. However, this podcast has been incredibly helpful and has answered many of the questions I have, (or will eventually have!). The hosts are excellent and I love how they bring in their personal experience. I likely will listen to all of the podcasts a second round if possible.

I can’t express how valuable I feel each episode has been for my practice. I take notes, rewind, and listen again. I’ve been practicing for almost 30 years but am fairly new to EMDR.
