“Great cast and they all have their own position in the team. Greg is the maverick number 10 - you can cope without him, but it’s always a much better watch or listen when he’s there. I wish I could sit next to him at matches so he could tell me everything will be fine. Fletch is the experienced centre-half who keeps our feet on the ground - it’s always good to listen to him whether Forest are winning or losing. Michael Temple is the golden boy striker and quite possibly a long lost brother of either Stuart Broad or Sam Surridge - he offers great insight every week. Completing the spine of the team is our captain and leader Matt Davies. He’s our very own John McGovern and keeps the show on the road with probing questions and thoughts, even when Fletch drops his iPad, Greg’s Wi-Fi disappears again, or Temps is fielding text messages and calls from admirers.
Mikey Clarke, ex-Forest players and coaches and the odd journalist add some width to our team, with more insight and great anecdotes. I could listen to Garry Birtles talk about Brian Clough all day.
If you’re a Forest fan then this podcast is a must. If you’re not then listen anyway and become a convert. Garibaldi Red is magic 🔴⚪️”
