“I first found Katie from her YouTube channel before this podcast began. I was surprised and encouraged by such a young mom already having a clear and well-articulated vision for family and motherhood - something I often feel alone in in my personal life. When I heard Katie and Elisha were starting a podcast, I couldn’t wait to see what it would be like to hear from both of their perspectives on life, marriage, family, children, and faith.
This podcast definitely delivers! I feel like I should take notes of all the helpful things I’m learning. I feel like a pioneer in my family, raising children a completely new and different way than I was raised. I had (and have) a desire to have a large family, raise my children in a truly Godly home, and be the wife and mother God would have for me to be; I just didn’t have the resources to know how to live that out practically. Getting to hear from Elisha and Katie, who are close to my age and going through the same season of life I am is really cool because they have the background of being raised in the way that they and I hope to emulate. They are fun, positive, helpful, encouraging, practical, and truly modeling a great, Christ-centered marriage and family. They will never know (as well as Katie’s mom - definitely watch her Q+A videos on Katie’s channel) how much of an impact their influence has had on me. I’m so thankful!”
