Confusing and biased I think
Which podcast is telling the truth? The other podcast says William’s black eye occurred in the care of the biological family, and this podcast suggests without actually saying it, that it occurs on the foster family’s watch. The other podcast is ‘Where is William Tyrell?’. There is a certain amount of ‘framing’ going on here. This podcast is definitely taking the view that the foster parents are somehow very suspicious - whereas the other podcast doesn’t take this view or the view that it is the biological family’s fault that William is missing. The foster family states that everyone loves William and that they do not believe that any of the biological family is responsible for William’s disappearance. This podcast also insinuates that the reason the foster family stopped on the way to Kendal to put the pull-ups on the kids is not due to care for the children but because they didn’t want their new car dirtied! Such bias is pretty disgusting. I usually respect and have confidence in the Australian’s journalists, but I do not at all trust the story The Nowhere Child team is cobbling together. There are just sly, dirty digs everywhere. .

More reviews of William Tyrrell
2 weeks in a row you have teased what the foster mom saw that morning. Ridiculous! Just tell us instead of mentioning it like you are going to tell us and then the entire episode you don’t mention it till the last minute to say ..... next week

A lot of people here slamming the pod after 1 ep... make of that what you will but its pretty clear these reviews are all out to defend foster families. An unsolved case should be examined in as many ways possible. To not do so, is poor investigative journalism. Look forward to more of this...Read full review »

I’m not usually singing the praises of Overtington or News Corp, but this is a great start. She is not biased, but looking critically at the removal of William from his parents, the story of his disappearance, and the investigation that followed.
