ICC Issues Arrest Warrants for Netanyahu and Hamas Leaders; Ukraine Claims Russia Fired ICBM

The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants on Thursday for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his former defense minister Yoav Gallant, as well as top Hamas leaders, over the Israel-Hamas war. Netanyahu condemned the arrest warrant against him, saying Israel “rejects with disgust the absurd and false actions.”
Ukraine claimed Thursday that Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile overnight at one of its cities, without providing any evidence. But American officials said an initial U.S. assessment indicated the strike was carried out with an intermediate-range ballistic missile, not an ICBM.
