“I love this podcast so much. Getting prepared for nursing school but I was a flight paramedic for many years. Only thing to note in the Sepsis Case Study please make it very clear that his opinion that the cultures aren’t very important and that the HR in the 200s was stable is not ok. New impressionable students will be listening closely and building their clinical opinions. Please add a disclaimer that the HR is of concern as the patient is quickly decompensating. Also that cultures is critical especially with the MDRO’s are climbing quickly. Keep up the amazing work, truly the best podcast.”
