Most recently I’ve added purple cabbage to my raw chopped veggies I eat everyday for a snack (often while walking 18 holes on my golf course). 98% of my golf buddies ride in carts mainly because they are too metabolically unhealthy to walk for even 1/2 a round of golf. They eat cheese burgers while I’m snacking on my veggies, an apple, 2 kiwi, a banana, and baggies full of berries, and another full of mixed nuts
I’ve also recently added cranberry powder to my cold-steeped green tea
