“The underlying story is quite interesting and salacious. It might have made for an excellent show. But the host can’t keep her emotions in check. This leads to some shrill statements. These include the notion that we all know a man who has sexually assaulted a woman. Or, “one woman’s perfect husband is another woman’s rapist. “ A little over the line. Plus, it’s just hard for non-lawyers to tell legal stories; too much is missed or misunderstood. It’s a big jump from writing at Glamour about next year’s hemlines to trying to understand legal proceedings.”
