Description
As climate change worsens with every passing minute, people care more and more, often letting this concern consume a large part of their time and energy. The phenomenon of eco-anxiety has become more common among the environmental community, and people who are aware of the consequences and effects of pollution. This leads those affected to question the repercussions that their everyday actions have in the environment. In this episode, we talk about what to do to prevent these anxiety symptoms and how to deal with them. We are Ocean's Voice, an International Action Network hosted by the United Nations Constituent Youth Group (YOUNGO), who decided to raise our voices to make the problems of The Ocean visible and contribute to their solutions by creating new models of thought, collaboration, communication and action from an international community of young people.
