Let’s have a serious debate about Rupert Murdoch on the show / podcast - the utter rotten apple he is. I love them both, Jane and Fi, and think they’re excellent at the job. I’ve been loyal for as long as they’ve been together and can’t hack woman’s hour on the bbc without Jane. However, I can’t stomach the Murdock association- I feel like a vegan in an abattoir.
I wish they’d go completely independent and take Mariella et al - you know, like virago and women’s press of the day - not against the men, just without the shackles of a sleaze bag like Murdock
I know, we’ve all got to pay the rent, and they do, Jane and Fi, like all of us - so it’s a tough one. I just don’t want to big up the penis wielding oppressor.”
