Embarrassing
No doubt they were both sad to leave Auntie, as with many others. Most change is good, however the confines of commercial radio reduces the space for “furniture” and so the output colours fade a little. As is the greater need to be promoting stuff (books). It seems awkward for two progressive and liberal peeps to sign up to the right wing Murdoch towers too. But a job is a job and in the current climate, wish them both well and will drop in occasionally for a freebie. It all feels very Kermode and Mayo.

More reviews of Off Air... with Jane and Fi
I love Fi and Jane, but every time I miss them and try to listen to this podcast again I’m reminded of what drove me away: the awful, repetitive (and LOUD) ads. Never thought I’d miss Shaun Keaveny’s mildly annoying interludes.
