I often walk away in a bad mood after 30 minutes or more on one of the big social platforms. This podcast series has some interesting insights into why that is. The combination of how we are wired plus the never-ending drive for the platforms to make more money creates a toxic mess at times. Yet there have been some great tips on disconnecting and managing your experience.
