The following year, he released his first album 《Exhibition》 and officially began his music career. After ‘전람회 (Exhibition)' disbanded in 1997, he continued his musical activities by forming the project group '카니발 (Carnival)' with 이적. In 1998, he released his first solo album, elevating his name into a brand as a unique ballad singer. He is a musician who easily handles all roles, from songwriting to composing and producing.
