The Rose, OHSU’s Employee Recognition Program, has supported members since 1992. If you’ve experienced one of those magical moments when someone makes your day – by treating you like family, looking out for your well-being, or making that extra effort to transforms a small act into a big difference – you know the type of people who are nominated for the award. By nominating an OHSU member, you are joining the community in thanks for their service excellence. Anyone can nominate an OHSU member for the award; a patient, supervisor or fellow employee, for service beyond the normal scope of their job.
