“The Edmonton Oilers, for some reason, are an ongoing paid advertisement for conservatism. You can’t go for 5 mns in this show without hearing Bob Stauffer talk spout right wing talking points. If this podcast/radio show wasn’t bought and paid for by my team, I wouldn’t care. But I want Oilers’ content. Not his misinformed views on Quebec, equalization, or proportional representation. Add to that the sound of his phone refreshing non stop during interviews, cracking and sassssssslurping his sugar free rockstar drinks, talking for 2/3 of the airtime of reputed insiders. I respect that he hustles. There must be some other job for that talent set.”

“Enjoy the show but Bob is driving me nuts with “shoot the pill”. It’s a puck Bob. Very knowledgeable and the shows great but it would be better if Bob didn’t try to reinvent the wheel and really good if Spec was never on it.”
