The Oilers dropped their last two games against Dallas and Carolina, causing the vibes around the team to drop dramatically. That said, we're still feeling good about the team going forward, and we did our best to try and explain why everyone else should be too. We kicked off the Friday episode of ONR with a delicious debate about the Oilers' new power play line combos and whether we think these new configurations will stick for any length of time. Edmonton hasn't adjusted its power play lines all that much over the last few years, which led us to discuss how much leash everyone thinks the new hotness will have before turning back to the old faithful.  Changing gears, Dan mentioned he was unhappy with Kris Knoblauch's OT usage, and we talked about why he thinks the ice time should be split up a little more. Some of the boys think that loss is more a product of bad luck than OT usage. We then looked at the new line combos that Kris Knoblauch put together and whether this shuffle would be the key to balancing out the attack.  Looking ahead at Friday's game against the Penguins and what the biggest keys to victory will be for the Oilers to get back in the win column.
