I’m addicted
Old Gods of Appalachia takes everything you already love about traditional folklore, Americana, the unseen and undead, and creates from it our new Appalachian gothic. Wholly original and wholly traditional at the same time. The quality of the content and the delivery is fantastic. The music makes me want to go searching for a downloadable soundtrack. I can’t say it’s a bad story. Quiet the opposite. It’s a great story about a region of America that’s been criminally ignored over the past century. But jumping behind a pay wall after one good (not great, not perfect, just good) season isn’t a good thing. Sorry; it’s not worth paying for.

Being from western NC, I’m absolutely in love with this podcast! The storytelling is superb and it feels like you’re sitting around a campfire, surrounded by shadows (and who knows what else), holding your breath, and hanging on every word. Can’t wait for the next episode!
