“Nobody else is pointing this out, so I’m going to have to. This is so bothering me. I’ve lived in this general area my whole life, and I’ve never heard it pronounced the way the narrator does “Appa-la-cha.” I know people have different accents and whatnot, but I’ve only ever heard it called “Apple-lay-sha.”
I’m usually not a fan of horror podcasts, and I feel that while it has horror elements, it’s more folklore-esque.
That being said, it is a very good yarn that I’m really happy to listen to. Always leaves you wanting more!”
