It’s like coming home
Well, if you are from around here, you already know about the mines. You know that coal claims our kin. Our blood pours in and the profits seep out. Somewhere. There is an evil that good people don’t understand. It’s here. Keep your lantern low, so you don’t blind yourself in the dark.

More reviews of Old Gods of Appalachia
Very impatiently waiting for the next installment. The story telling is superb.

Stumbled across this show on Twitter and was hooked immediately. Dark tales inspired by regional folklore of Appalachia. As a fan of horror stories getting to hear some tales from areas never visited is a treat to keep things fresh.

This sort of story is right up my alley. Dark, poignant, eerily relevant, this transports me into a dark version of my childhood Southern escapades. I hope they do the same thing with Ozarks. I’d love to hear some twisted folk tales about Arkansas.
